Refund policy

We do not offer returns/exchanges - all sales are final. In the event of shipping damage, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged item. You will be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes before a refund/exchange is issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, and commissions (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
